Duties

  • Planning, organising and preparing food for day guests and hotel guests
  • Kitchen management and staff leadership
  • Training and development of kitchen assistants
  • Ordering, receiving deliveries including checks, correct storage
  • Ongoing cost management, controlling and accounting
  • Guest and buffet management, scheduling and special requests
  • Intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, personal responsibility, creativity, team orientation, leadership skills

    Duties

  • Preparing soups
  • Preparing main courses and desserts for hotel guests
  • À la carte for day guests
  • Standing in for the head chef on an average of 2 days/week
  • Receiving goods including checks
  • Cleaning the workplace
  • Breakfast preparation

  • Instruction in climbing and zip line (high ropes courses)
  • Casting dino teeth (children’s plaster workshop)
  • Team building / games with groups and school classes
  • Evening programme (campfire, night hike, games, excavation, etc.)
  • Daytime supervision at the playground (attractions)
  • Cinema supervision
  • Good German skills, English an advantage
